Yes! Every box clearly displays the exact odds of each item in a table. We are committed to 100% openness and transparency.
Boxes are grouped into tiers based on the value of the items inside:
Starter: entry-level, affordable boxes
Pro: mid-tier boxes
High Roller: premium, high-value boxes
King: luxury-tier boxes
In a battle, 2–4 players open the same mystery boxes at the same time and compete. The player who unboxes the item with the highest value wins ALL the items from every participant!
In this mode the rules are reversed — the player who unboxes the item with the LOWEST value takes the entire pot. In other words, pulling a rare, expensive item works against you!
Yes! When creating a battle, choose the "Private" setting and share the invite link only with your friends.
If players' unboxed values are equal, the tied players split the winnings evenly. Any item that cannot be split is converted to its monetary value and divided as wallet balance.
Your SHOSHA wallet is a digital balance used for opening boxes, joining battles, and making purchases. You can top up your wallet, receive money from items you sell back, and withdraw funds to your personal bank account.
You can top up using QPay, SocialPay, bank transfer, or credit/debit card. All transactions are in Mongolian Tögrög (₮). Top-ups are usually credited to your wallet instantly.
Yes! Go to Wallet > Withdraw, enter the amount and your bank account details. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–5 business days. The minimum withdrawal is ₮10,000.
Standard accounts can hold a balance of up to ₮10,000,000. To raise your limit, verify your account and contact customer support.
Yes! Any item in your Inventory can be instantly sold back at its offered price and converted to wallet balance. The money is credited to your wallet immediately.
In your Inventory, press the "Ship" button on the item you want delivered. Shipping is FREE across all of Mongolia. Items are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Within Ulaanbaatar, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. Rural areas may take 5–10 business days.
Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect or damage. Damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
It is a cryptographic system that guarantees every box opening is 100% random and that no one can manipulate or alter the outcome. You can independently verify that every result was fair.
Every box opening uses a Server Seed (hashed and hidden before the game), your Client Seed, and a Nonce (a sequence number). After the game, the hidden server seed is revealed, so you can fully verify the result.
Yes! For complete confidence, you can change your Client Seed at any time from your Account Settings.
Go to the "Odds & Fairness" page and use the verification tool. Enter the seeds and nonce of the game in question to verify the result.
You earn XP (experience points) by opening boxes, winning battles, and logging in daily. As you level up, you unlock special rewards and new features.

Yes, you can request account deletion from Settings > Privacy. Please note that you must first withdraw your wallet balance and have your won items shipped. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
